Services

Web Wizard provides web design, digital marketing, AI video production, cyber security, and custom software services. All work is governed by a signed project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables. Web Wizard retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless a written NDA is agreed.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds per the project agreement. Additional revisions are quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability

Web Wizard's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost revenue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
